I purchased Corel Paintshop Pro on March 25, 2008 at Fry's Electronics in Oregon because there was a rebate offer of $30.00. I sent in the rebate request right away.

A few months past and nothing happened. On July 31, 2008 I phoned them and was told they didn't have my rebate submission. I could fax it in to their Resubmission dept. attention Corel Customer Service, and start to wait again. Two months later and nothing still. I phoned again on September 24, 2008. First call was disconected while on hold. The second time I got a floor supervisor that informed me that the period was over for them to issue any checks on this promotion. No exceptions. End of story.
