I contacted Corestaff looking for work in warehousing.

Nadine Pollard had me take some tests and then told me she had an employer looking for someone.

Miss. Pollard told me it was a temp to hire position, which means I would be an employee of Corestaff for 90 days and if the company, liked me I would be hired full time.

This is the usual way temp to hire works.I have been a temp for other agencies in the past.

Nadine sent me out on an interview and the employer apparently informed Miss. Pollard that I did not meet all of their requirements, but needed a warm body for a short while until they found the ideal candidate.

Miss. Pollard sent me to the employer knowing full well they had no intention of keeping me.

I know this because my supervisor told me he read the email to Miss. Pollard stating they would need me only for a short while.

I told him I would not have accepted the assignment had that been disclosed to me.

I also told both parties that I had turned down other interviews with prospective employers because I thought I had a job.

I called Miss. Pollard to tell her about this and she misled me to believe that she was not aware of the employers plans for me.

Yesterday I happened to see the manager above my supervisor, who was there for the interview and asked him what the plans for me where since this turned out to be a short term assignment. The manager, informed me yesterday, that today, Friday, would be my last day.

Miss. Pollard didn't even have the ethics or guts to even call me herself to inform me of this decision.

I am not angry with the employer and worked my last day.

My supervisor apologized for the misunderstanding and I told him it was not of their doing and I have no bad feelings towards them, however the guilty party will be hearing from me.

I have not heard anything from Miss. Pollard and I left the job two hours ago.

I am giving my name at the end of the report and if there is any retaliation, I will take them or her to court !
