Corestaff is located in the company Shutterfly where I was working the weekend shift. I overslept this past Friday and I tried to contact an individual with Corestaff to explain. I also was just hired for a job that starts Monday and decided since work had been slow and not worth the gas to go 45 minutes to work an hour, was going to tell them and did in a message that I wouldn't be coming back. All the same within an hour I found out the employer for the new job had recanted their offer of work. Shamefully I called back to talk with someone about getting the job back at Shutterfly. Again as always you can never get anyone. I have no idea if they even heard either message or know that I am not there!! I don't want to walk on company property and go back to work and get in trouble for being on the premises working if they did get the message. It's too far to drive to talk face to face and to be turned away to drive back home. I have four numbers and they are all going to an answering machine. I have heard other employees complain that they can't get through and some of these complaints have to do with getting paid on time. There is several people working in that office that can answer a call. One inpatticular who is rude and more worried about what the food truck serves and what she can eat. I've heard several people say that once they do get a hold of her (who by the way is the voice on every one of these answering machines when leaving a message) that she acts like it's no big deal to her and actually has scoffed at a couple of employees complaints. I've even complainedto them edits becoming an employee because they delayed my employment over some documents that they should have noticed were not completed before having me get ready to drive up there on orientation. Delaying my orientation after Labor Day holidays wasting my time after getting up that morning. This company is absolutely horrible when it comes to employee services and unprofessional as if in their own livingroom.
