I found Corey Chambers online in the summer of 2011, when i was looking to sell several thousand dollars' worth of collectibles and rare items.  I found him listed as an "estate liquidator."  I did due diligence, and found no complaints against him at that time.  He gave me a receipt for about $7,000 worth of items.  Months and months later, after many calls to him, he sent me a money order for just over $300 and ducked further calls.

I discovered that he had gotten his real estate license in August and had turned off his previous career phones, run with our money, and simply made himself unavailable to people looking for him to fulfill his promises and contracts.

Many complaints have been filed by people he cheated whe he just dropped his eBay sale obiigations once he had a new job.  I took him to Small Claims court in 2012.  My mistake.  A lawyer has since told me that we could have sued him outright and reclaimed much more than the $350 dollars the judge awarded me.  Under oath, Chambers told the judge had "just thrown away" 48 stems of matching Mikasa crystal goblets! The judge found for me but didn't understand the crystal's replacement value. Judge Judy would have handled Chambers better!  Chambers was so drugged in court that he was visibly vibrating, and after he lost the case he stalked me, following me downstairs three floors to the street!  (Other complaints against him have cited his meth use.  I don't know what he was on, I just know that he was cleared 'adjusted.') When he continuing menacing me out the courthouse door and onto the sidewalk, I blew a police whistle; everybody on the corner turned around, and Chambers ran away.

Anyone hiring him or doing a real estate contract with him needs to know the level of his ethics.  Not everybody takes the time and effort to report dishonesty, which is how he can continue to cheat people.  REAL ESTATE AGENTS MAKE A PERCENTAGE OF THE SELLING PRICE: THEIR INTEREST IS TO URGE YOU TO TAKE A HIGH OFFER WHETHER IT'S FAIR TO YOU OR NOT.  Honest agents represent their clients fairly.  Corey Chambers is a manipulator and lied under oath, in addition to lying to me.  Be warned, and don't let him cheat you the way he cheated me.  I have receipts and court papers that prove his dishonesty, though the court-ordered restitution was only a small percentage of what Chambers stole.
