I purchased a hair straightner a bit over 3 weeks ago. Their website stated that order take between 5-10 business days to be delivered. I got a pre-shipment USPS shipping label but for an entire week, the status was 'waiting for shipper to send parcel'.
After contacting Corioliss they told me that they were having problems with USPS and that they would ship it with FedEx instead, and the live chat customer support person told me that they would issue a full refund for the inconvenience and email me the FedEx tracking number right away.
3 days later, and PayPal still says "Pending Refund", no email with tracking information received. Customer support phone line goes straight to voicemail, emails unanswered, and live chat for my IP address disabled (I know this because I tried from different ones).
