Complaint Review: Corland Mystery Shop

The company invites you to join and get a "free" gift card. Beware, because the card you want is probably not available and then when you do decide to take an alternative because no one has returned your emails to resolve the issue, you find that the card is not "free". You have to join, fill out or buy from another site or company in order to get your "free" gift card.

They do not return emails, they do not offer any means to contact them other than email. They also offer no way to get the refund that is part of the sales pitch.

The company says if not satisfied, money will be returned. That's great for them since is no way to get them to respond to the fact that you are not happy.
