Cornelius and Sunny both sold my husband and I a 2007 Silverado for 12,000 with my Mazda tribute as a trade in vehicle. Not even five months later the transmission went out! We talked to him and he would not take responsibility for it but finally said he would send it to his transmission guy and he would pay half. Well we called 2 days later, 3 days later and then he tells us he is charging us for everything even though he sold us a bad truck! We tell him he sold us the truck with a bad transmission and he doesn't care and he never returned the truck to us, just left us with no vehicle. He should be sued, if my husband and I had money that's the first thing we would have done!! But instead we had to go find anything that we could drive to be able to get to work and back so we are stuck with a 2 thousand dollar loan paying off another car because Cornelius Motors did not give us our truck back. Justice must be done to this terrible Dealership!

Cornelius Motors sold the chevy truck on 7-05-2013, we also financed it for him. About 1-02-2014 customer called said truck wouldn't go. We said have it towed to dealership and we would check it. The truck need a new transmissiom. The warranty was for 90 days or 3000 miles it was out of warranty so Cornelius motors agreed to pay half of repairs. The repairs. Cost of repairs was $1400. We would pay 700 and customer would pay 700. After repairs were complete, he said he had no money and was going to give up vehicle. This was on 1=14-2014. We took the truck back and resold it. This is a mad customer with bad credit. You know why they have credit problems, they think every problem is someone eles fault.

Did the truck have a warranty on it? If it did, you need to read it and see if it covers the transmission after 5 months. If it didn't have a warranty, they did you a favor by paying anything at all for the repair. I agree that it shouldn't have broken, but the fact is that it did.
