Corner Stone Crossing Apartments All employees Roches,unclean,broke down, uneducated, give you excuses to why things can't be fixed,replaced or done. las vegas Nevada
I have been at my current residence for sometime, which is Corner Stone Crossings. At first every thing seemed to get fixed right away, but over this past year things have become really bad. The company is under staffed things are not getting fixed nor replaced. I had to complain to many times for them to do anything. I placed a work order in their front office requesting things to be fixed in my aparment, that was three-weeks ago.
Their response to the matter has been " we have other residence that we are attending to who's air conditioners have broke down." okay, I understand that, but that has been the excuse every time I have been in their office to complain. Second problem is, I am experiening roches. Not just one or two but more ten roches a day! It may not be a infestation, for me that's bad. I have sprayed my own apartment in the mean time, but nothing seems to help.
So I decied to go back to their office and complain and demand that they put me on the list for pest control. So they put me on their list they give me a day of the week their pest control company is suppose to show up, the day came and went and no one came to spray the inside or the out side of my apartment. At this point I am upset, fustrated and wlling to take legal action. The third problem is their is black mold growing in my bath tub where the caulking should have been redone or replaced they have not made any effort or attempt to fix the problem.
