Complaint Review: Cornerstone Auto Plymouth Minnesota

 Investigated for weeks was promised a Carfax report and had pre-arranged financing and was told everything was good to go come in and pick up the car . Sale price 2015 Chrysler 300 $17899 with 1 year B 2 B warranty included.! 41k miles .Signed paperwork & then salesman last minute told me they would have to hook me up with another Finance Company.? That's odd I had a pre-arranged 100% good to go with Capital One zero down and that's what the dealership confirmed 3 TIMES. . MAJOR Storm blew in, 70 mph winds and torrential rains the car I drove there wouldn't start & was told I need to hurry it was closing time.How Convenient. They then needed $700 down and payments went from $350 to $500 a month. I was told from day 1 included 100% bumper2 bumper warranty. NO CHARGE?!. RUSHED me TO resign different paperwork it was closing time & dangerous weather. No wonder they were in a hurry they added$2988 for the FREE WARRANTY and I have paid almost $9,000 on the car in one year and put 8000 miles on it.. NOW OWE just under $22,000 .

I made 12 phone calls to get a second F.O.B for the car and never got the decency of a return phone call. finally had to meet somebody on my own to get a second set of keys. They have one hand on the Bible and the other hand in your wallet. NOT CHRISTIANS...CRIMINALS. To top it off the salesman kept sending me text messages calling me baby girl and how sweet I was. Then left Dealership. I think I need to bring the car back and park it on their showroom floor the hard way no one has ever returned a phone call finance manager GM etc. I have cancer will be sure they don't do this to another person ever again. The icing on the cake was last week I thought the front brake was grinding so I took it in to have that B2B warranty cover it and they said doesn't cover brakes and they would charge me $150 for the inspection.
