I'm having difficulty in having anyone from Cornerstone Bancard or Mannacard return my calls. One month ago they incorrectly hit our bank account for thousands of dollars and have offered no solution. They have told me it was an error by another vendor but have not told me what they are going to do to rectify the situation. They told me a couple weeks ago they couldn't return the money because this vendor would just take it again. That it was a "reconciling issue" with this vendor.

Is anyone else having trouble contacting them? One of their representatives did tell me a couple weeks ago that this happened to other businesses/ministries as well. I would love to speak with you if this happened to you. I can not believe the absolute lack of customer service and I am fearing this is a fraudulent company.

Obviously I would not recommend you consider doing business with these folks.

Thank you.

John B's statement, concerning Cornerstone Bancard, without an equivocation, is an understatement! You, Sir, undoubtedly, know the owner and have described him in much the same way, I will.  My business partner and I, were ripped off in excess of $15,000, not to mention the time lost in our many attempts to communicate through calls, emails, letters, etc., over the past few years, but to no avail.  The owner, and family members, were either "out of the office", or "will return our calls A.S.A.P"., which rarely happened, or, "let's schedule a telephonic meeting", that, after many busy people cleared their schedules, would not take place, because of road conditions, or meetings that went on longer than anticipated (#1 and #2 excuses), but they "would call as soon as they returned", which was just another empty excuse. We feel the most disgraceful component of Cornerstone Bancard, and their other companies, is the use of Christian testimony to draw business.  We found it extremely difficult to convince ourselves of their wrong doings, but with so much evidence, we saw no other alternative, than to turn our findings over to the FBI for investigation.  A search of the internet led to more facts, and we feel it is our duty to inform our fellow Believers, that they are vulnerable to such companies, that use the Christian Community, as vehicles to fatten their wallets! Of course, when you meet Mr. L., he is charismatic, magnetic, friendly, and prays with you at the end of the meeting. His sweet, benevolent nature seems to change, dramatically, after your check is written.  We feel it is our duty to get the word to others, who love our Lord, and have difficulty, as we did, recognizing "wolves in sheep's clothing".  The Bible tells us, "by their fruits, you will know them," and we have seen some wormy apples falling from that tree, very expensive fruit!  We have made one attempt, after another, to get our money back, but the CEO appears to have disappeared, and can not be reached.  Please feel free to call us @ (((Redacted))).  We owe our Christian brothers and sisters the truth!  Thank you. Mannacard has not followed through on any of their promises to resolve this situation. The fact remains that I am out thousands of dollars with no resolution offered or even suggested. Be very, very careful with these folks. I would be surprised if you do get a hold of them but be very careful with the President/CEO. He will tell you everything you want to hear but will not follow through with it.

I have received 2 calls since filing this report from Mannacard. They stand by their explanation and are working to resolve this. I feel somewhat better that I am at least hearing from them now. We will see what the resolution is and I will update the report accordingly.
