Complaint Review: Cornerstone Chimney LLC

Customer called for free estimates of gutter cleaning, but then was charged $45 for estimates. Customer called to complain that the charge $45 was never mentioned before, but was threatened that the money would be collected by collection agencies and the phone was abruptly hung up without letting the customer explain anything.

Customer called again and explained, but the company still said no free estimates, even though on website http://cornerstonechimneyllc.com/contact.html, it says "Free estimates" at the end of the page.
