Complaint Review: Cornerstone Home Builders

Went to the local district court filed a suit against them never responded to default court date. So a default judgement was entered in our favor, Now we have to wait 30 days for them to appeal. If they don't respond in the 30 days after 4/26/08 then I was told that the constable we pay them a visit and mark up their belongings to go for sheriff sale. In order pay pay us back. I guess we will have to wait and see. I wish this all would be over soon and we would get the money that 's owed to us.

AGAIN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY OF LAWRENCE HIGGINS COMPANIES, DON'T GIVE THEM ANY KIND OF DEPOSIT THEY OBVIOUSLY RIP OFF PEOPLE, PROBABLY TAKING YOUR DEPOSIT AND PAYING "PAUL" WITH IT, WITH NO INTENTIONS OF FOLLOWING THROUGH THEIR PART OF THE DEAL
