Coronado Coronado Stone Sold a product that is nothing like what is described online. Coronado won't do anything to help Fontana, California
After viewing a sample of a stone exterior online (Honey Ledge in Aspen) I decided that this three dimensional looking stone with colors that ranged from lighter to darker would be a great choice. Unfortunately, once we received our rather large order ($10,000) it looked nothing like what was shown and described online. It looks absolutely terrible. To the extent that my architect said that he would not even put his name on the the finished product. Needless to say, this simply will not do.
We have tried repeatedly to return this stone to the distributor or to Coronado Stone themselves. They have been unwilling to accept its return. They sold us a vastly inferior product. Instead of the 3-d shaded look shown online, there is little to no change in color and is the color and look of yellow play-dough. This is not acceptable customer service. I have even requested that they return part of the money (to not make a profit). That has been unacceptable for them also. This product is not suitable for use in any home.
I will tell you to stay far, far away from Coronado. They have terrible customer service and will sell you a completely different product than what they are displaying online. This lack of customer service and lack of quality in their product is absolutely terrible.
STAY AWAY FROM CORONADO STONE!!!
