I signed up and paid for my salon's ad to be on a new homeowners Century 21 packet.  I apparently signed up for their website service which I had never used.  Some 10 Months later, I was charged over $500 for their DIY website service and they refused to give me even a partial refund as I had not canceled 60 days prior according to the contract I had signed.  Of course its in the fine print.

I never used the service.  No one ever followed up with me to see how it was working.  I was so overwhelmed as a new business owner that I didn't even realize I had signed up for it.  Christine Clements, Corp Communications website manager, was curt and rude on the phone.  Telling me Bonnie Bell, the salesperson, had been with them for over 15 years and it was not her job to follow up with any of the customers.

I had asked her, "So you just make the sale and then forget about your customers?".  I have to send a cancellation "IN WRITING" to get out of this contract for a service I never used and didn't know I had and cannot even get a partial refund.  Do not do business with this company.  They are bad for new business owners.
