They also charged me $300 for a website that I have not seen. A year later I got charged for another year for the website. I have made numerous phone calls to ask them to cancel my account and refund my visa. They refused. It's a huge scam. Be careful!. e
I purchased the ads for the folders for the real estate agents and a year later have not received a copy of the folder. It does not exist.
One year later, I am automatically charged almost $300 for Web design. I contacted the company and explained that I did not sign up for this and I would like my visa to be refunded.
I was referred to three different people and got nowhere. They agreed to cancel my contract but refused to refund the money.
I am now paying for a website that does not exist and they will not refund my money.
It is a huge scam. There's no folder! No website! Beware! Do not sign anything with this company. Do not give them your visa card.

As part of our program the advertiser goes to the Real Estate Office that they placed the ad within their folders to introduce themselves and to pick up a copy of the Presentation Folder. However if you prefer we can mail a copy to you.
As part of our presentation folder program you receive a website. After the first year of this website there is a charge of $281 unless otherwise cancelled. Our 1 page 12 font advertising contract that you signed states this very clearly and are also emailed a username and password so you can make any changes and access this website.
