Corporate Controllers Unit Very misleading, official looking, document Denver, Colorado
Just received my official looking document from Corporate Controllers Unit quoting some Corporation code about registering every year with the Sec of State. (which you can do for $10 on line)
Very misleading since it gives a reply date of April15th and says $225 is the annual fee. Read carefully at the bottom that "You are under no obligation to make any payments on account of this offer."
Unfortunately, they make it appear official and take advantage of many business people. Its too bad some losers out there try to make a business out of deceiving others. You have to read the fine print and try not to be deceived.
