Corporate Credit Concepts And United Business Credit (UBC) are the same company Las Vegas Nevada

Be very careful. Corporate Credit Concepts and United Business Credit (UBC) are owned by the exact same guys - Chad Lee and his father Trent Lee. They live in California but they use fake addresses on their websites - Las Vegas and Arizona in order to hide their actual whereabouts.

1. The address listed for Corporate Credit Concepts is as follows: 6130 Elton Ave Las Vegas, NV 89107.

This is NOT the actual location of Corporate Credit Concepts. It's actually a business called "Ametrine Executive Suites" at http://www.ametrinesuites.com. See for yourself. They provide mail forwarding and telephone forwarding for people who want to hide their actual whereabouts. So, the office is not really theirs.

2. The address listed for United Business Credit (UBC) is 500 North Estrella parkway is as folows: Suite B2-475 Goodyear, AZ 85338

This address is a UPS store where people rent mailboxes! http://web.userinstinct.com/2002821-ups-store-the-goodyear.htm

So, this isn't their actual address either.

So, do you want to give your money to people who don't want you to know where they really are? Didn't think so.

So, when they get your money and don't provide you the services, where are you going to find them?

I rest my case. Use somebody else who you can trust and steer clear of these fakers.

I wish I had read more commentary on Corporate Credit Concepts before I joined it.  It sounded all good when I talked to sales person Eric Larsen and they have promised a Money-Back Guarantee.  I figured what the heck I will try this out and worse case if I can not procure any financing then at least I will get my money-back.   I think that's why some other people are upset.   I am sure that Corporate Credit Concepts does delivery results for some companies, but for the rest of us who don't have $10,000 sitting in the bank we become very disappointed when they do not deliver on the money-back guarantee.

There policy (which I never remember reading but learned after asking for my money back) states that you have to have a 680 FICO, 35% Debt to Income Ratio and receive no credit lines.   Now, this is prima facie "deceitful advertising."   In order words, there money-back guarantee reads as follows, "We'll give you your money-back if you complete our $2800 course and only if you have good credit and a low debt to income ratio, which by the way we except you to use personal guarantees to get tradelines to get started."    It's not possible to get the money-back guarantee and I have not received a dime back from them.   It seems from reading other people's comments online (other angry customers) that they will give back all of the money-back except for the first $1000.   Since I only put a $1000 in, I guess thats why I got nothing back.   In any case, its not a 100% money-back guarantee and this is "deceitful advertising."

I was actually trying very hard to make the their program work.   What upset me was that I got approved for CSI Credit Card one of Corporate Credit Concepts supposed "approved vendors."  I made the mistake of using my CSI Credit Card to pay Corporate Credit Concepts monthly fee.   CSI Credit called me and was very upset at Corporate Credit Concepts and called them a fraudulent company.   They immediately cancelled my card because I had found out about it through Corporate Credit Concepts.   Why would I not ask to cancel the program and get a 100% money-back guarantee?

I was only mildly annoyed after canceling, but what really upset was a letter from Chad Lee starting that I "made it all up and was all false."   When you call your customer's a liar, they are going to get really upset at you.  I am mostly upset by their lack of professionalism and for their attacks against me.    I filed a complaint to the Southern Nevada Better Business Bureau (where they had 5 other complaints for misleading advertising), and filed a consumer protection case with the Washington State Attorney General.    Again, what mostly upsets me is how they handle complaints with attacks, slanders and accusations.

Getting angry at Corporate Credit Concepts is counter productive.   What is more effective is posting facts and details about why their program is "deceitful advertising."

It is interesting to see the basis of this complaint...that Corporate Credit Concepts and UBC are owned by the same company. Last time I checked, there was no law against owning multiple entities or businesses!

I will reply in detail to each argument of this baseless complaint.

As a general rule of thumb, you should check your facts before filing complaints; notice all of the errors that you present as fact that simply are not!

1. Complaint: You state that Chad Lee is the son and Trent Lee is the father.
Response: This is not true, Chad Lee is the father and Trent Lee is the son.

2. Complaint: That 6130 Elton Ave is not Corporate Credit Concept's real address.
Response: This is our address! In fact, not only do we have multiple office space there, we OWN THE ENTIRE building! The whole office complex, we own and rent it out, (which we would not have been able to get financed WITHOUT A PERSONAL GUARANTEE without building our own business credit).

3. Complaint: Ametrine Entity name.
Response: Again, this is our own entity, we own it and operate our commercial real estate investments out of it. Just because Corporate Credit Concept's doesn't own the building does not mean that it is not ours. In fact, if the complainant knew much about asset protection they would know that most business owners have multiple business names for each separate business they operate.

4. Compliant: Address in AZ for United Business Credit.
Response: Our partner who operates and runs United Business Credit lives and operates from AZ. Corporate Credit Concepts does not own United Business Credit. We work with them but again a falsehood presented as fact.

5. Compliant: That Chad and Trent live in California
Response: This is the most stupid complaint of all! We don't, never have, and have no plans on living in California! Both of us were born and raised and have lived our entire lives in Las Vegas.

CONCLUSION: As you can see, this compliant is completely baseless and holds no grounds. They have presented as fact items that are completely false and untruthful. Next time you decide to make a complaint you should check your facts, otherwise you end up looking like an inexpedient fool.

Is it possible that they rent space from Ametrine Suites?

#6Consumer Suggestion

Mon, April 06, 2009

Is it possible that they rent space from Ametrine Suites? I went to www.ametrinesuites.com and it looks like this is a company rents office space out to businesses.. It sounds like they pay rent to a landlord.. ie Ametrine Suites..

Your post doesn't make any sense. Why is it wrong for CCC to rent space from a landlord?

Not Concerned.
