A company called Corporate Golf Adventures called me out of the blue to purchase my timeshare. After doing some research, having the contract reviewed by a lawyer, getting their business license, having them say many times that there will be no money paid upfront from me, they now claim that I need to pay Mexican taxes on the sale of my property and that the Mexican government is requesting it BEFORE I receive the money. Their website has only been set up for 2 months so they probably hop from name to name, sites to sites. Their site has duplicate content with other sites who were just set up this year and that people have reported as well.

I just sent them an email saying that I will not pay any money upfront - They are now threatening us to charge us for a 12% cancellation fee.

Classic timeshare scam.
