Complaint Review: Corporate Travel Network

Corporate Travel Network Like Cheating, Deny our travel request with strange reason. Bad Server. Not Inform in Advance Internet

We booked two rooms to travel to a list of places on its website. We know them by their fax  They told us $400 for one room for only family. We were going to have two family travel so we paid $800 two rooms last year.

But when I were booking the actural hotel for our travel to Cancun, Mexico from 7/1-7/6/2013, they told us we can only go to Donican Repbulic because that is the only place for us who hold green card (our kids have US passport). They never told us this requirements before. We buy airtickets and take care of our Visa to Mexico.

There is no reason they don't allow us to got to the hotel. They also told us two rooms are only for one family (2 adults + 2 kids) and denied our second family. Also they denied us to travel with one room and later with the second room request if we need. So we feel they cheat us by denying our requests to all the places (except one) on their list because we have green cards.

Bad service. Never reply my email.
