CORTEZ TOWING COMPANY THEY ILLEGALLY TOWED MY CAR FROM MY PRIVATE PROPERTY AND LEFT DAMAGES TO MY VEHICLES RIVERSIDE California
Major Scam artist Cortez Towing Company of 9410 Mission Riverside CA 92509,(951)-361-3565, illegally towed and left damages on my vehicle from my private property in from of my garage.In less than 5 minutes they came while i was loading my car to pick up husband, because of the redeployment from Iraq they came and illegally towed my auto and said that I was blocking a fire lane.All fire lanes are indicated by red paint around the compound.This was not professional services they need to be off the market and investigated.They lack honor, commitment.
Now I pay $232.00 in towing fees in order to get my car back and another $1800 damages to fix my car), because It seriously delayed me in the p/u of my husband.Cortex company are taking advantage of poor people and ripping people off in illegally towing fees.
I want them to reimberse my towing fees and fix my car with the damages they created.

It has been ok to park here for 2.5 years. I am a Resident of Palacio De Oro Community. Located in Moreno Valley, California. HOA is dont care havent returned my phone calls on these slap knuts company for my refund!!
On 10/09/07 my car was parked outside my Condominium garage. We were told to bring $232 dollars in cash if we wanted to pick up our car. The towing company took a picture of the front of the car to show there was no parking, but the picture also shows the loading my car as I was preparing for the redeployment for my husband from Iraq. Fire lanes are distinguished in red paint around the complex.
In less than 5 minutes the Cortez Towing Company illegally towed and left damages to my car. I want them to fix it. The auto quotes straighten and paint $1800.
I wanted to get my car out so that I can pick up my husband redeploying from Iraq at this time then deal with the rest later. They did not ask me anything concerning damages to my car. I paid and left. Very rude low lifes!The following day my we noticed the damages to the automobile.
The BBB put a red flag on their business and to all who read this or has had a problem. Should any one have anything I could use to show the Home Owners Association that this company needs to be forbidden from coming into this complexs it would greatly help.
This illegal towing company got to stop taking advantage of poor people here in Moreno Valley CA.
