BUYER BEWARE: Cortisyn Cortisyn.com Fraud

I urge you to stay away from Cortisyn. I've discussed these widely advertised products with my colleague Seymour Zolfin, M.D., Ph.D., an endocrinologist and retired research professor of medicine at the University of Luebeck in Germany. Dr. Zolfin confirms that the Cortisyn product ingredients' (Vitamin C, Calcium, Chromium Magnolia, Beta Sisterol, Suntheanine, Green Tea Leaf extract and Banaba Leaf extract) are just a concoction of ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

I examined their website and product for label claims and here is what they tell you, Cortisyn controls cortisol and Cortisyn gets rid of bellly fat. This is simply not trues. In fact it's outright fraudulent. The stress hormone cortisol does stimulate the deposition of fat in the abdomen and elsewhere. What Cortisyn.com does tell you in their ads is the undisputed fact that this fat deposition occurs only when cortisol is produced in great excess due to medication or as a result of such hormonal disorders as Cushing's syndrome, a relatively rare disease.

Dr. Zolfin notes that there are no scientific studies suggesting that the amount of cortisol produced by healthy humans under stress is sufficient to cause fat deposition contrary what the Cortisyn products purports in their "scientific findings." In other words, if your body were producing enough cortisol to make you fat, you would be sick.

Dr. Zolfin looked into the ingredients in Cortisyn and found no scientific evidence that it had an effect on cortisol secretion or cortisol action. Their "Magic" weight loss product may control the cortisol levels in rats, but not in people.

One other interesting note, Dr. Zolfin's research also turned up the fact that Banaba Leaf extract, an ingredient in Cortisyn, could influence the metabolism of chemotherapy drugs. This fact is frightening to the already sick, helpless victim.
