CORTRUST BANK card never used, but have balance of $235 Charges are bank fees Omaha Nebraska
Cortrust Bank sends this credit card with $300 limit. This card has a balance of $235. All banks charges. This card has never been used by me, but yet I have a balance. Then, when I do not pay I discover a late fee charge. This bank does not possess any ethics.
They want you to pay even to pay them. I noted that online to use their online payment center it costs $6.50 per any payment. I called this bank and requested that this account be closed. Never was used and would not be used.
I am going to write one more letter requesting that this so called account disappears. I also intend to file a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and the Attorney General. They threaten bad credit etc. I do not care. I will not pay for something I did not request or use. BEWARE. This credit company operates under several different names.

The terms and conditions more than likely disclosed these fees. Cortrust, First Premier and the other banks have a similar fee structure and they are charged when the card is issued to the account holder, not when he or she first uses the card.
A lot of finance companies charge a fee for online payment. If I want to make my car payment online, I get that fee and I'm financed through the manufacturer.
Don't get me wrong, the fees suck but this is not a ripoff since you agreed to the terms and conditions.
