Complaint Review: Cory Ward

You hit the nail right on the head. Why didn't the friend testify that he came home and found the animal that way. Was this sick murderer piece of sh-t still there when here boyfriend got home. How cruel to do such a horrendous act of violence to such a beautiful creature. This Cory cretin sounds like Jeffrey Dahmer, he too, took pleasure in torturing and disecting animals(I recently saw a program on cable, a documentary).If anyone tried harming one of my pets I would "knock them into next week", or like others stated, I would be sitting in jail. This person Cory is insecure and obviously a twisted individual who needs psychiatric help and about a million pounds of drugs to put him under sedation. Not only do we have to worry about our pets now, tomorrow it will be your children or loved ones.

I feel very sad for what you went through. I had an animal pass on and it was devastating. I don't think I would of held up better under your circumstances. God Bless!

What about the guy that was sitting for the dog? He put the poor animal in the woods to die instead of calling the police or taking him to the vet. And wouldn't he have been a witness to prosecute the crack head that did this to the dog? I would have beat the hell out of both of them.

I would like to meet him just one time!! If he could do this to an innocent animal, he would have no problem doing this to a human. He does'nt deserve to be walking the streets with the rest of us! Don't stop with this, keep telling your story, tell the police, tell any animal rights orgination, go talk to a reporter. Someone like this will move on to something worse! I'am an animal lover, and had this been my pet, I would be sitting in jail. Someone needs to do something about this before he moves on to a child! Serial killers start out like this. Jeffery Dahmer is a prime example, he started with animals!!!

From the author: Thanks to all of you for your responses/suggestions. I did file a police report and had the animal control investigate this incident.



I am now also an animal control volunteer. The DA could not prosecute him because of lack of evidence (they never did find the dogs body) so this guy got away with it. I have heard that he has since moved out of state.



I belive in Karma. He will definately get what is coming to him at some point.



Also, I just wanted to note that I did not give my dog to the guy that did this. He was the cousin visiting the one that I gave him to. I don't think he knew what his cousin was like and was also devestated by all of this.

You really need to contact your local police department and the local ASPCA. If you give enough information about this incident there is no way in hell they can't proosecute this jerk. My greatest symapthies to you. I am an animal lover myself and I adore my two dogs as though they are my children and I cannot imagine something of this nature ever happening to my 2 girls!

Have filed a report with the police and yuour local animal control ? If not, do so ASAP.



I fthe guy smokes cracks give the police an annonous call to let them know when and where they can catch this jerk in the act of Drug or Animal Abuse.



If I knew who this guy was - I doubt he would be walking on planet earth right now. Get this this creep in any way that you can.

I am very sorry for you horrific loss, but please investigate pet sitters more carfully next time, please dont take offense to that suggestiom, as you may have done you work homewrok and ended up with this creep as your dog sitter anyway !

Is that at UNCC? My sister used to live over there and I believe I know this guy. He used to give her dog weird stuff to eat. Pills, cheese with glass rolled up in it, hot dogs with alka selter chunks in them. She used to puke up most of it, the dog that is. Now, I am not sure, b/c I never knew his name, but he lived off of Vinca Circle. This was about three years ago.

She ended up having to move. They wouldn't ever do anything about it b/c she couldn't prove he was giving her the stuff.

this is in response to the person who wrote about the dog killer. 5 grown men couldnt keep me from tearing that a*****e apart. If some peice of sh*t touched one of my animals in any way and i knew where he lived i would be doing jail time. I would start by shoving that crack pipe right up his @$$!! Stick up for the animals and make him suffer, even if you have to pay someone to do it.
