Arrested by LAPD Sept-Nov. 2006 for the following:

Spousal Abuse (felony, $50,000 bail; was arrested at least one time earlier for this but may have abused 5+ times; on probation currently, suspended driver license), Assault, Theft, Threats on Lives, Vandalism, Trespassing, Traffic Violations. Released from most so far but only because of jail over crowding and not many prior convictions.

Possible pending suits (multiple parties, civil and criminal):
ALLEGED: Assault, Spousal Abuse, Slander, Deadbeat Father/not paying child support, Lying to Law Enforcement resulting in false arrest and jailing of innocent person, vandalism, theft, non-disclosure of (estranged) marriage while planning marriage with other(s), verbal agreements to pay rent/loans/etc. up to $20,000+ worth of money allegedly owed to others, additional driving w/ suspended license, illegal substance abuse/re-selling.

Believed to have possible mental illness and/or strong narcotic abuse binges. Has lived on streets/squatted several times.
