Please contact the business owner so that your problem can be addressed. The fact that no details of the transaction have been set forth gives rise to the assumption that this report is unfounded and false. That being said, further investigation will be conducted to determine whether you may be prosecuted for libel. That of course would be a last resort as the business owner would like the opportunity to best address your concerns. Should the business owner not hear from you in a timely manner it will be assumed that your claim is fraudulent. Thank you.
