I ordered products from website April 11th but have not received anything to date (May 17th). The number turn around time promised was 5-7 business days Federal Express.

After more than a week had passed I contacted the company and told them funds had been drawn for an item I have yet to receive. I was told that the situation would be looked into and they would call me back with some answers. Well that's about the only call I received. One call during the course of this situation. To let me know that they were having a problem with the credit card processor and they did not know what was going on.

I proceeded to cooperate, but reminded Mr. Barry Zackon that I paid for the product, the money was debited from my account and therefore they need to get my product to me. I offered to show my bank statement with the merchant ID, the date of charge and full amount for what I had ordered had been taken out. He assured me that he trusted my word, however I could not trust his. To date

I have been told three times that my product has shipped by Barry Zackon, the receptionist and another individual who answeres there phones, when Barry does not want to satify a customer. I was told "We don't want to lose you as a customer, but get treated as if I really don't matter.

My money is gone and I want my product, that's all I've been asking this company for and I don't have anything to do with the mistakes of problems they have with their credit card processor. Because I have enough proof which reads on plain paper that the money is gone from my account and somebody has it.

CosmeticsIntl.com or Target Media Group, (what ever they go by) has not handled this situation to my satifaction and Mr. Barry Zackon (the only person I can speak to on the subject) makes himself unavailable and uninterested in returning my phone calls. I've asked for a Federal Express tracking number, but they don't give me one. But claim the product has been sent out.

I'm still waiting, it's been over 30 days. Why do I have to suffer. I am not in the habit of paying for things and not getting them just for fun. I have explained that to these people and no one seems to care. All I want is my product.

Correction: Target Media Group. Inc and it's owners are not affiliated with Cosmetics International in any way. Target Media Group Inc. is a separate company and any unfavorable information where Target Media Group Inc. was listed on this report is voided. After speaking with the owner, Don Berstein of Target Media Group, he informed me that Target Media Group only rents space to the company which I have a discrepancy with and that there is no association with the companies dealings and/or practices. I have no complaint with Target Media Group Inc.
