i order a 5.00 kit from cosmetique send card &5.00 check they send back with kit free gift of 35.00 so i send card in usigned they send free gift but they want to charge me 17.90 then2. 10 service charge but didn't order any kit if i don't pay 20.00 they will mess my credit up i'm not paying for what i didn't order

The coupon that you sent in for the $5.00 free gift stated clearly the membership terms and that future collections are shipped monthly until you cancel your membership.
Apparently this is yet another case of someone not taking the time to fully read what they are sending in to our company.
READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PEOPLE!
