cosmo called my company blue ribbon appliance repair to service one of their customers, we sent a tech , we gave an estimate of 380.00 they approved it , fixed the stove ,e mailed the reciept 3 times after 3 months no payment was made. i finaly call them they said that they have to talk to the customer to see if everything is algright, 3 months they did not check with customer,anyway i knew then that we will never going to get paid, i called two weeks later they told me the customer still having the same issue, this customer has my company number on his fridge and he never called or compaint about it. dont ever do jobs for cosmo rippoff company.
