Cosori Corsori Air Fryers notifed us of a recall sent them everything they asked for told us to destroy the air fryer then thy denied replacing it
i spent hours getting the information together they needed 3 hours with them on the phone getting help from them so they had everything they needed sent everything to them told us to destroy it and sent pictures of it destroyed and the company helpers double checked eveything to make sure i did everything correctly and then 4 days later they said they denied it because the bin number was not the number they have on file. we only bought the one we sent them and never used it. amazon sent us the recall for fire danger.
