Costa Del Mar Luxotticacustomercare Promise of replacement of damaged sunglasses , Costa made offer to substitute for another pair of sunglasses... Cannot speak or have emails returned and can’t speak to a live person only a third party bot replies when you try to speak with someone

Costa sunglasses opened warranty claim sent the required documentation of the damaged item, was given a shipping label to send damaged good back to Costa. Was told via email that warranty was approved, however the particular model was discontinued.

Was offered a equal value replacement which I agreed to.New glasses were never sent no human to speak with at costa to discuss what happened to my replacement sun glasses. Customer service just brings you back to square one when trying to get forward progress on an offer that was already accepted and been given approval for replacement Undisclosed
