Once they get you in, if you get a download etc., your screwed. If you want help, forget it. The phone number they give you 1-866-841-1442 is a joke, a customer service & billing number. Everything else is at a cost of 1.95 per min & watch it if they transfer you to a tech!!!!!
Nothing is on there site if you will notice for a real Customer Service or how to get there. After you sign on & download, you give them your card numbers & your screwed, your on your own.
YOU CALL & YOU GET CANADA TECH THAT CAN'T HELP, YOU MUST CALL THE 900 NUMBER AT A COST. The bogus Tech number of 1-877-272-9929 is useless because they won't help you either.
