I order a costume from Costume Disguise late September 2005. I thought this would be plenty of time for me to receive my costume. I waited and waited. The response from them was that the order was back-logged and should be on it's way. It is now February 2, 2006 and I sent numerous e-mails about crediting this item back to my account and and haven't heard from them since December 2005. They said the same thing as others who send in their complaints. Your account will be refunded within 3-5 business days. I apologize about the delay, your account will be refunded promptly. I have place your order in rush priority sequence. I saved all my e-mails and sent copies to this company to the attention of Kevin Grow who was listed as the Customer Service Manager and gave me with no response. I know I have been ripped-off but I know this web site is still up and running and I would like this company investigated before other people get caught in this scam company and I do not want this to happen to another person....Please have this web site investigated! www.costumedisguises.com. I will go to my financial institute to file a fraud with this company..
