I ordered my son's halloween costume on September 28, 2005, and it was to be delivered on October 12, 2005. That day came and went, and I emailed the company to find out when the costume was to be delivered. I received an email fairly quickly, that said there was a delay and not to worry, my order would reach me by "the big day".
I waited another week, and emailed them again on October 21, 2005. I received another email stating that my credit card was declined. I was charged for the costume when I ordered it, on September 28. I'm sure they already know this, and other than contacting my credit card company, I don't know what else to do. I feel so stupid, because I normally always check out companies for complaints before ordering form them.
