Costume Disguises is the same as Costume Hut.... different pricing for the same costumes.

I am part of a non profit organization we ordered 2 costumes for our fundraiser and recieved neither costume by expected arrival date.

I called the company when they accectped my credit card payment as it came from Costume Hut not Costume Disguises a man answered and said they are one of the same. Confirmed arrival date of costumes.

No costumes. Emailed company. Heard nothing left several phone messages. Finally 5 days later 1 day before our event they emailed stating they were being picked and about to be shipped.I asked for over night shipping. No response. We rented costumes else where.

Emailed and asked for the costumes to be sent and a refund for the amount of costume rental which was 20 dollars less than purchasing them..

Sent multiple emails finally asking for documentation proving they had costumes (they said it was first come first serve) when I ordered and documentation stating that they were now on back order.

Kayla replied and said she would discuss the matter with her supervisor and that was the last we heard.

Have emailed and left messages asking for credit card to be credited nothing so far.

Thay are dishonest and never answer phone messages. DONOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Here we go again. With Halloween just around the corner, we'll read another hundred posts about people who have ordered costumes over the internet and gotten ripped off. How about you buy them from some local shop and pay the extra couple of dollars and save yourselves the hassle. If not, check all the posts from last year and don't buy from those companies.
