We ordered a Halloween costume for my son on August 3. They charged my credit card $62 but never delivered the costume. Emails to them were rejected because of full mailbox. When we called, their voice message said to please send an e-mail.

We asked our bank to reverse the credit card charge. We then received a collection letter from Costume Hut via certified mail. Costume Hut THEN claimed to our bank that the mail receipt for the collection letter was actually for delivery of the merchandise.

The bank ultimately decided to give us permanent credit and told us the dispute was now between the bank and Costume Hut.

My wife has now received multiple threating e-mails from Costume Hut tha say, in part, they will make sure some men come to visit us.

We have reported them to BBB-Canada and Dept of Homeland Security.
