Complaint Review: Costumedisguises.com

After not being able to find the accessories to our daughter's halloween costume "in stock" anywhere in the United States, we ordered form this Company out of Canada... We paid an extra $16.94 to have it shipped in three days (to ensure she would have it for halloween), bringing the toatal to $36.12. The credit card was charged. The product was never delivered.

We have tried repeatedly to get the company to respond to either an email or a phone message without fruition.
Upon typing in the company name in a "Google" search, we were disheartened to find "ripoffreport.com" had other reports of this.

We are still attempting to contact the company.
