Complaint Review: Costumes Head To Toe

Do NOT make the same mistake I did. I purchased a Tom Arma Frog Halloween Costume for my Newborn son in August from this company. I received an email that my item would ship, and then never received item. I emailed them and was then informed that it would not ship until 9/20 when they would be receiving the costume from the manufacturer. So I waited and waited.

Finally by 9/27 I emailed again trying to find out when I would receive it. That's where they screw you. They claim they sent a mass email notifying everyone that they wouldn't be shipping any out, some lame excuse and that they issued everyone a refund. I notified them immediately that I did not receive their email, or a refund. I have since sent many emails and have not heard a peep back from them. Do not trust this company they take your hard earned money and treat you like dirt. Do Not I repeat trust this ripoff company.
