I recently took my 95 Chrysler to Cottman Transmission (LTM Enterprise Inc)for a fluid flush and filter replacement. 4 days after the service I decided to check the fluid level (been burned by too many mechanics). I discovered that fluid would only reach the very tip of my dipstick. It was under the add point. The next day I called the shop and told them about being low on fluid and absolutly no leaking had occurred. The person said "yea, it's hard to get a good reading after you add fluid because it has to settle to the bottom". He didn't offer to put additional fluid in my vehicle.
It's a good think I checked because it took 1.5 quarts to bring it up to normal operating level.
Stay clear of Cottmans Transmission....I believe those are the one's that couldn't cut it at Jiffy Lube!

I was a customer of Cottman's Transmission at one time and never again!!!

I called the customer care number and I was told to figure it out for myself. Now how is that when I spend my hard earned money to buy his diapers for all his children!!!

They cheat you out of your money and laugh about it. Stupid ME!! But there has to be a solution to this company cheating people.
I would like for them to come into my place of business and treat them the same way they have probably treated hundreds of people. Screwing up their transmissions and anything they can put their hands on!!

The BBB needs to be shut down because they are not for the consumer. Also the Attorney Geneneral is a joke!!
