I placed an order with the Cotton Candy Shop on August 13, 2009. On that day, the owner, Lauren Bergmann, informed me (through email) that my order would be shipped within 2 -4 weeks. After 5 weeks passed, I emailed Ms Bergmann again about my order, she informed me that it was her "busy" season and would take 4 -6 weeks for my merchandise to be delivered.


I sent Ms Bergmann another email after the 6th week, which she responded to by saying she was personally putting the finishing touches on my product and would be shipping them asap. This was October 13th. Since that day, Ms Bergmann has answered several of my emails, promising each time that my order will be shipped the next week or "asap".


It's been 16 weeks and I still have not recieved my order.
