Complaint Review: Cotton Candy Shop Lauren Bergmann

This woman is a total SCAM !!!!!  Long story short....I ordered a Valentines Day outfit which was not provided on time, as I requested a refund she insisted for me to just use my order for a new outfit, I then chose an Easter outfit which AGAIN was not provided on time.  She has HUNDREDS of excuses that she uses either her seamstress is out of town, or she is ill, or the fabric isn't in, or it's already in the mail or ready to go out in the mail....she is a total liar.  This woman has threatened me with a lawsuit, a restraining order and more ONLY because I ask about my order and my refund.  I finally reported her to the Better Business Bureau, ripoffreport.com and merchantcircle.com (which magically ALL bad reports of her disappeared).  She was removed from Facebook because of this scam, however she just recently created a new page.  I finally disputted the charges from my credit card and received my money back.  I have found DOZENS of stories just like mine.  She is a scam !!!

I suggest we all report her to FB for her new page and remove her.  I suggest everyone to tell your stories to BBB or whomever will listen.  We need to keep other mommies from getting ripped off !!
