Country Choice Meats is it really beef? Ft. Wayne, Indiana
Diligence pays off! After many unanswered phone calls, ignored messages, etc., I returned the meat (unannounced) to the site in Ft Wayne. I then contacted the Ohio Attorney General's office (state of the sale) and sent certified letters to both the Michigan and the Ft. Wayne branch. Several days later I received a call fro Vice-President Craig Walker-phone 616 308-2908-stating, amid some real doo-doo-that I would received a reimbursement check for the full amount of my purchase. It came in the mail yesterday! I haven't tried to cash it yet...that could be another story. My advice is keep after them. I have to credit the Attorney General ---I doubt that the company wants government attention.
