I came to Country Club Motors in search of a vehicle  upon arriving I spoke to WONDERFUL salesman by the name of Jeff. Jeff took his time with us and showed us different vehicles. Finally I decided on the Saturn VUE. I advised Jeff at that time that the AC needed to be fixed because it was not blowing cold as well as there was a ticking noise under the hood that needed to be fixed before purchasing the vehicle. Jeff advised me that it would be completed before purchase. I advised Jeff at that time that I would come in on the 25th to finalize which would be one week from today. On Wednesday I called Jeff Friday I called Jeff to ensure that repairs had been completed and he advised me at that time that it was done. I then came in Tuesday before purchase to ensure that the vehicle repairs had been completed. upon starting that vehicle that same issues where present. Jeff assured me that the repairs would be completed by tomorrow when I would purchase that car. On the 25th I received a call from Jeff stating that they had the car looked at and that AC and the ticking noise were stemming from the same issue and that the part had been ordered that they will add this in my contact to ensure they would cover that repair. I came in and before signing the contact I asked to see the document stating that the dealership will cover this repair UNTIL IT WAS FIXED. Theo sat down with us and showed us the repair documentation. It was suitable and stated that they will cover the repair until it was fixed. At that time Theo advised us that he was a part owner in this dealership and that he would ensure that problem was fixed. Upon leaving the dealership with my vehicle it was about 8 pm so they were closing after me. I went to the store and noticed that the lights on the stereo kept blinking in and out. The next day I took the vehicle to the dealership and Theo referred me to the  mechanic department in the back. I sat for two hours while they placed a after market part on the car to fix the issue. Sadly my car rejected the part. I was told that the part would be in by  2 to 3 days and that I would receive a call. 3 days came and no call. So called and I was advised that the part should be received by tomorrow (Saturday). Saturday came no call nothing. I then called Theo Monday because after reviewing the contacts that repair document was not in my papers.   I drove to that dealer and  advised him that i hadn't had the car fixed and he told me that it was nothing that he could do the mechanic shop was different from the dealer. He seemed not to car about the inconvenience this was causing me. At that time I told him that i was very disappointed in the way that I was being treated and that it is not my place to run a part down. As a owner it is his responsibility to make sure that I have what i needed. He then told me that he didn't have a copy of the repair agreement that he would contact the lender and get a copy for me . Which I haven't received to this day.  Friday has come no part and I am getting ready to go out of town so I take the vehicle to Tires plus for a oil change and they advise me that I am in need of a new plug and oil pan. I call the dealership and they tell me to come back up there but not after he told me I shouldn't have gone to tires plus for a oil change. No one gave me a history of repairs on the car so why wouldn't get a oil change. Upon arriving at the dealership he told me that tires plus was just trying to sell me on something that i don't need. I told him if these issues weren't fixed he would hear from my lawyer at that time he told me to go to the mechanic shop. I explained to the mechanic what tires plus told me and he immediately crawled under the car and saw the plug was leaking. and changed the plug out. I was promised that my part would be in on Monday 7/8/2013 but at this time I feel like I am just getting the run around.

In addition after filing a BBB complaint Theo calls me regarding the compliant wanting to know what personal issue I have with him. I advised him that there was nothing personal and that this was completely business and his lack of professionalism was sad. I then asked that the GM Charles call me and I heard nothing. I then called the main office directly and left a message with a woman asking for him to call me back. I didn't hear back from him. I then called back the following day and the woman that answered the phone was VERY rude over talked me and told me if the GM wants to call me back he will if not there is nothing that she can do about it.

It seems to me that customer service within this whole organization doesn't exisit and I would suggest  not to purchase a vehicle from them you may end up going through the same thing that I am.

I also got a vehicle from Country Club Motors and Jeff was my sales man.  My wife is pregnant, and I was driving a Mazda RX8 and needed something bigger.  I decided on a Jeep Grand Cherokee.  They had it around back, and pulled it out for me to drive it.  I drove it around and decided it was ok.  Did the paperwork and drove home.  five minutes into the drive home the ABS light came on and the check engine light came on.  I went back to the dealership and asked to cancel the deal and I wanted my Mazda back.  Jeff told me it had already been sold.  They would be happy to fix whatever was wrong with the Jeep, and even gave me paperwork that stated this.

Three days later I called and they said that the parts hadn't come in yet. I called back a few days later and was told that the wrong parts had been ordered, and that Jeff was very upset about our situation, nand would be having a meeting about how to get it fixed.  a week later I called and was told to bring the Jeep into their mechanic.  I took the jeep into them on a Monday.  They told me on Tuesday again that the wrong parts were ordered.  Took it back in a few days later.  They kept it for a week.  When I picked it up, the ABS light was off but the check engine light was on.  They told me that Meineke had put a new set of catalytic converters on and that they were bad.  Meineke would replace this under warranty, but it was my responsibility to take it to Meineke.  The Mechanic at Meineke expressed his skepticism about this, but they did in fact replace the catalytic converters.  After leaving Meineke, the check engine light came on again.  I took it to country club motors to have it looked at.  They unhooked the battery and said all was well.  At this point, the front end began clunking very badly.  The check engine light returned.  I took it back to Country Club motors.  They said that the catalytic converters were bad.  I told the, we had just taken it to Meineke and had the converters replaced.  They said "are you sure you Did."  They then wanted me to leave the vehicle with them again, but my wife had doctor appointments all week and we could not be without a vehicle.  They called and said that we would not let them inspect the vehicle and how did we expect it to be fixed.

I hired a lawyer.  He sent them a demand letter asking to either accept the jeep back or give us another vehicle without issues.  In return, we got a letter from their lawyer saying that they would not provide us with another vehicle or accept back the jeep as it violates our contract.  a few weeks later I received a bonus from work.   We called country club motors and spoke to a sales man.  We offered them an additional $1500 to take the jeep back and give us another vehicle.  He said they would call us back.  No call back.  At 1138, my wife called and spoke with Jeff.  She had her phone on speaker so I could here.  She told Jeff the same thing she had told the previous sales man.  She asked what they could do for us.  Jeff said exactly "there is nothing we can do for you."  My wife said "nothing?"  Jeff said "Yes.  Nothing."

At this point my wife was in what the doctors call a high risk pregnancy.  She pretty much needed a vehicle while I was at work in case she had to go to the doctors.  We returned the Jeep to Indiglo finance company on Sarno rd.  I tried to put the key into their drop box, but it would not fit through the slot.  The next day Theo called me and asked me if he could help me out of the jeep and into another vehicle.  I told him no thank you because we had already picked up another vehicle from a reputable dealer.  He said that that was unfortunate.  I tried to drop off the key with Indiglo, but every time I went the door was locked.  Finally I just left the key on their door knob.  a week later I received a letter in the mail telling me I was responsible for the cost of a new key as well as "cleaning costs due to human feces in the back of the Jeep."  It appears that even after we are done doing business with these guys, they continue to lie because they just don't know any better.
