About 6 months ago our family car was broken into that was parked on the street. The car was vandalized and personal items were stolen. The vandalism cost $1,895.40 to repair and the items stolen totaled about $3,000.00.

Well, six months later we still have not received all our money.
Country Companies covers both our home and car insurance.
They still owe us the $2,300 which we provided a receipt for every item. First they said we did not have coverage, then they said we do have coverage and then started to question the items and now trying to give another excuse?

They are nothing but a bunch of arrogant and rude people!
Now we have to higher a lawyer to get us what is ours.

Stand clear of these liars.

I would like to apologize for not e-mailing you sooner. About two months ago I sent an e-mail to thank you, after realizing it was sitting in my to bent later box, I then noticed today that it was never posted to my Rip-off Report.



Please post my message. I want everyone to know, you are the greatest!



Because of badbusinessbureau.com and or you ED, I recieved first a check for all my repairs, then a check for $2,870.00 for all the stolen items! You said it might take a little time, but they would issue me the check for everything, and they did not charge me for two different deductibles, one under my home and one for my car like they were insisting on doing. Originally, all they offered me was $400.00 to settle for everything.



They ended up sending me the papers you said they would. I filled them out and I got my money. I know you made many calls on my behalf. The guy from the insurance said, you were better than a lawyer.



I can't thank you enough.
