Upon arrival after a 10 hour drive, we found that our room was double booked. We were staying for 4 days as my brother was graduating from BCT. On days 2 & 3 we had to switch out of our room into another room - not to mention the argument we had with the staff about this - who, by the way, speak terrible English. Their final resolve was that we could leave or take the room. We called around and everything else in the area was booked, so we had no choice but to stay.

During our stay, we experienced horrible customer service. One example was when we called the operator and asked for more towels and they said to "go find the cleaning lady". Last I checked that was their job. Now, to add insult to injury, we spotted several roaches during our stay.

The rooms also smelled horrible and came with an ironing board, but no iron. There is no in room coffee maker and the TVs are terrible. In addition the toilet was broken from the floor and on one of our switches to another room, the sheets were not changed --- and it was like pulling teeth to get the people here to change the sheets.

BEWARE do not stay here, look at similar review on priceline, hotels.com, etc.
