country side villige- bayshore homes i have lived hear for over 14 years and this place has totally gone bad no one follows the lease,there are more than 1 family living in a very small place or there garages are tranferd to a apt longmont Colorado
i have lived at country side villige for over 14 years and the rent keeps going up and the place keeps going down no one follows the park rules ,thers kids selling drugs in our back park ,kids run rampid at all hours ,the noise is so bad with cars bumping to speed racers ,and festivals that close the street and drumming that last for hours,our maniger has let every thing go ,there are broke down cars in the street ,i pay for storige for a small trailer yet theres machinery ,atv;s and horse trailers parked at there homes,people park in the street and drink and play music in co trucks .the speed limit is a joke as well as the rules i pay good money for my home and keep my place clean there is no excuse for all the clutter and buildings built with out permits how safe are we if there was a fire we would all go up so quickly due to the fact that every one has tine houses made on there lots with out permits or even permission,they have transformed there garages into apts theres so many people in to small a place ,the police is constuntly hear but nothing is changing if maniger cant do his job get some one that can i dont know where to turn i hope this will make a change
