Country Terrace Water Company Paying Late Fees I Did Not Incur And Have No Choice! Highlands Texas
I have had problems with Country Terrace Water since I had one late payment. I have no choice but to use this company because they are the only water company that serves our neighborhood. Last month I paid my ENTIRE balance of 193.00 and i got a bill this month with a 30.00 late fee.
The lady argued with my husband and said we didn't pay these late fees. WHY THE H#LL WEREN'T THEY ON THE BILL. I pulled 200.00 bucks out of the bank & got a receipt for that woman...for the whole amount. I can only imagine what our meter actually reads!! These people have been scamming us since July & I think I may contact an attorney!
