Complaint Review: Countrywide Bank

Countrywide Bank was to send me a signature card but the card I received from them was not mine. I immediately called them and told them of the error and inquired as to who received my signature card with all my personal information. They could not tell me. So now I worry if anyone is going to take advantage of having my personal information. I am doing the right thing and sending the person's signature card I received back to the bank. How often does this happen and who is responsible for the breach and its misuse? Be careful of this bank!
