I OPENED A CD WITH THEM, PLUS A MONEY MARKET ACCOUNT ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN ADVICE. THE DAY AFTER I GOT A PHONE CALL TO TELL ME THAT I DO NOT COVER THEIR REQUIREMENTS TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM, SO I CAN NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT IN THEIR BANK, AND THEY ARE GOING TO SEND MY $11,000.00 BACK. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHEN. I GAVE THEM TWO CHECKS FROM OTHER BANKS WHERE I HAVE ACCOUNTS, AND THEY TOOK THE MONEY FROM THESE ACCOUNTS, PUTING A 10 DAYS HOLD ON MY MONEY, NO INTEREST EARNED, AND AFTER THAT THEY ARE GOING TO SEND MY MONEY BY REGULAR MAIL. THEY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE MORE INFORMATION, SAID THIS IS A GOVERNMENT REGULATION. COULD NOT TALK TO THE SUPERVISOR, THEY SAID HE IS IN A MEETING.
I HEARD IN THE NEWS THAT THERE ARE RUMORS OF THEM GOING ON BANKRUPCY, WHICH MAKES ME REALLY NERVOUS.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, REALLY MEAN OPERATORS.
