We are in Chapter 13. Everytime we make a payment, countrywide applies part of it to a past due amount that suddenly appears out of nowhere. The rest of the money gets applied to our account as a partial payment and we never get credit for it.

Everytime we call Countrywide to get our balance we get a different answer. One customer service representative will tell us we are up to date on our payments and another will tell us we owe $1000. When the statements come in they say we are thousands of dollars behind. Everytime we pay the amount they request, it never seems to be the right amount.

Recently, a motion for relief from automatic stay came across our Attorney's desk. This has to stop. Please count me in on any lawsuit
