Complaint Review: Countrywide

I have been dealing with issues since Jan 08. I sent them a payment half. they told me they did not recieve it. They asked me to Fax them a copy of my bank statement. I said I would get a canceled check they told me no that the bank statement would be great. So i blacked everything out all but the 2 payments that were made to them. and they still have not credited it to my account. I just sent them a payment and they RETURNED my check back to me with a letter. saying amount remitted does not represent the total due. so waht do i do now? they are not going to accepted a check! I never heard of such a thing. help please.
